Harbor Retirement Associates is proud to announce Debbie McCourt, the new Executive Director at HarborChase of Stuart!

Debbie was born and raised in New York, where she owned a process serving company. She went to nursing school in 2011 after the loss of one of her children. McCourt later moved to Florida to assist with her aging parents and simultaneously began her career in assisted living as a nurse. It was that experience that crystalized her true calling of serving seniors.

After a year and a half, Debbie was promoted to Director of Nursing and Executive Director shortly thereafter. She eventually moved to a different community as the Executive Director, where she became the ED mentor; ultimately obtaining the status of Senior Executive Director.

Now Debbie finds herself with HRA, taking on the challenge of opening a new luxury retirement community. She was attracted to the CORE values of HRA, as they mirror the values she has for her own life path. Debbie holds a Business Administration/Marketing degree from the University of Kentucky and an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts, with a minor in Science-Humanities. She is also a LPN having graduated in 2012.
