HarborChase of Stuart Associate Spotlight | Kylee Hanson

Posted By on April 27, 2021

We’re excited to introduce another amazing HarborChase Associate and the new Director of Sales at HarborChase of Stuart – Kylee Hanson!

Kylee has been with HRA for almost three years. She completed two college internships with the company before starting as the Assistant Director of Sales in Vero Beach and has recently been promoted to Director of Sales in Stuart, Florida.

Kylee was born in Connecticut but was raised in Jupiter, Florida. She graduated from Florida State University, where she received her master’s in public health and won a national championship with the softball team. Kylee’s fur baby is even named Nole in honor of Florida State – Go, Noles!

When reflecting on her sales roles with HarborChase, Kylee says:

“My grandmother lives at HarborChase of Palm Beach Gardens, [so] I know the difference that specifically HarborChase can make in enriching the lives of seniors – the whole experience from the food to resident “best days.” My grandmother means the world to me, so it gives me peace of mind to know she is in the best possible place she can be at this time in her life. As family members, we do not have to take on a caregiver role, but get to experience life enrichment with her and continue our roles as daughters and granddaughters, which is special!”

She also added, “I am a very competitive person, so sales is the perfect outlet for me to express that, while still getting to help and meet new people every day!”

Though new to the Director of Sales position, Kylee shared her favorite things about working at HarborChase of Stuart:

“My favorite thing about working at HarborChase of Stuart is making a difference in the lives of each resident that moves in here. This is because of the team! They are incredible. Starting with Debbie, our Executive Director, and continuing down the chain to each director, associate, nurse, and care partner. Everyone cares so much! Prospects/residents have walked in the door and told me it “just feels different here.” But I believe this is a testament to the team; each person truly has the heart for HRA and senior living. Not to mention, we all work so well together for the better of each resident.”

Outside of work, her hobbies include baking, watching softball, spending time with friends and family at the beach, and riding her Peloton bike.

Kylee looks forward to growing the resident population, connecting with the Stuart community, and making an immediate impact.
